Exclusive Real Estate Agency advertising pack inclusions

Our Exclusive Real Estate Agency packages come with some minimal limitations. Our price of $2997 per month included listings of 0-20 properties. Any agent or agency with more than 20 listings entered into our marketing strategy and advertising will incur an additional $297 per listing to aid on covering artwork, catalogue setup and ongoing optimisation.

Our real estate agency package states that we will offer dynamic retargeting based off your listing feeds and CRM. We can only do this in the event that you can provide a feed from your CRM similar to a feed that gets sent to Domain or REA Group. Failure to provide this feed will not be grounds for a lesser dollar value on the package.

All listings and open house times will be accurate at the time of our advertising going live. We hold no responsibility for time or date changes where sufficient notice is not given.

Project Proposal Conditions

The costs outlined in our advertised packages are based in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are correct at the time of publishing. These costs are exclusive of any advertising spend, which will be invoiced separately from Facebook.com.  If the package scope changes or package resources are reached, we reserve the right to charge additional costs for the package completion. A revised quote will be provided to the client for approval.

Completion, Cancellations, On-hold & Delivery

Packages are considered ongoing in normal circumstances on an open-ended monthly subscription unless sufficient notification is received. Termination of any on-going package is via an opt-out with sufficient notification.

When placing an order online, it is final and cannot be reversed. Once the order has been received, we will not be held liable for any loss of earnings or any legal action taken as a result of a delay in production or delivery.

Packages must follow an agreed timeframe for completion – any package put on hold or delayed by more than 5 business days will incur additional costs to retain your place within our client list. If a package has not progressed or contact between us and the client stalled for more than 21 days, the project will be deemed as being on-hold and any outstanding costs will be invoiced. An additional fee of 10% of the net total package budget will be payable before the commencement of the remaining work when the project resumes.

To the extent an individual exercises such an opt-out after you have used data relating to that individual to create a custom audience, you will remove that data subject from the custom audience.
